Fall Starts Today – Aquarelle Painting

Today is the official start of Fall and Google honors it with a doodle. So this is the perfect day to post my painting called “Fall Messenger”. It is based on a photograph I made years ago during a vacation in Schladming, Styria. I always loved this colorful tree in fall colors, glowing like a sun, a willow in the background, some bushes with brownish fall colors, and with a park bench beneath the trees, inviting you to sit and enjoy the surrounding mountains and beautiful scenery.
