Monet’s Garden – Gouache Painting

Monet’s garden in Giverny (France) is famous, especially the bridge over the lily pond. It is a magical place near Paris that has inspired many of Claude Monet‘s beautiful paintings, especially his countless paintings of water lilies and different bridges in this garden.  Today the garden draws and fascinates many visitors from all over the world.

This painting is painted with gouache paints and egg (instead of water). As a result it has the glistening surface of an oil painting and it is as resistant to smudges. The painting can easily be dusted or wiped with a moist cloth.

It will be displayed during my next exhibition. If you are interested in buying the original, you can contact me here.
