This is another painting based on somebody’s favorite vacation picture. Sabine who is from Lower Austria but lives now in Styria wrote:
My family organizes each year a family hiking day. This time we chose the area around Hollenburg. We hiked through the vineyards on a roundabout way to the lookout near restaurant “Lumpazibräu”. On the hike were several great vantage points, two of them with a beautiful view of the Danube. For us these photos are beautiful memories of a beautiful day, and for me a piece of my old home region to take with me to my new home region.”
Even if these place names don’t tell you much, you can see that this is a beautiful area near Krems in Lower Austria.
