Thirsty Tree 2 – Acrylic Painting

This is another surrealistic painting with acrylic paint, showing again a thirsty tree, similar to yesterday’s painting.  The tree’s branches turned into hands that try to catch the few drops before they fall into a water puddle, like other drops before it, leaving a pattern of concentric circles. Behind it are mostly desert and sand dunes, the image of dryness per excellence, explaining the thirsty reaction of the tree and its expression of longing.
